Paths can also be closed. Closing a Path means that the final point automatically connects to the starting point with a straight line.

Logos can be designed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation.
In a horizontal logo, the icon (image) is positioned on the left, with the text on the right.
On the other hand, a vertical logo places the image on top, with the text below.
Choosing the appropriate style depends on the situation. Horizontal logos are typically used at the top of websites or when you want to emphasize the company or product name. Vertical logos work well in the center or bottom of a website or on items like mugs.
It's ideal to have both horizontal and vertical versions of your logo. When selecting an online or offline logo design service, be sure to check if they can provide both orientations.

What fonts can you use for the text in your logo?
We commonly use document software like Hangul (hwp), Word (doc), and PowerPoint (ppt). But if you’ve legally purchased or subscribed to these software programs, does that mean you can use all the fonts included in them for your logo?
The answer is NO.
The fonts included in these software programs have different licenses. Some can be used in commercial logos, while others are restricted for personal document use only.
So, how can you tell which fonts are safe to use in a logo, especially if you're creating a logo in PowerPoint?
Unfortunately, it's not always easy.
What Fonts Can You Use for Your Logo?
When creating a logo, it's often said that it should be made using vector images. Vector images aren't made up of pixels (small dots); instead, they are defined by the directions of lines and curves.
You’ve probably heard the term “resolution.” If an image is made up of many pixels, it’s said to have a high resolution. However, no matter how high the resolution of an image is, if you zoom in on a part of it, you’ll notice that the pixels start to appear jagged.

However, with vector images (SVG), you won’t see this pixelation no matter how much you zoom in because the image is defined by direction rather than pixels.
Vector vs. Bitmap Images
A logo is essential for representing the image of a company or product. It is necessary for online platforms like websites and blogs, as well as offline materials such as documents, brochures, and products, where it is used for branding purposes.

Creating logos in PowerPoint is possible, but it comes with significant challenges.

PowerPoint offers a wide range of features, including the ability to combine various shapes. You can insert circles, lines, ovals, and polygons, and with some skill, even curves. However, how many people can create a logo from scratch by combining these shapes on a blank canvas? If a beginner can do that, they probably wouldn’t be looking for a logo-making expert or software in the first place.
The lack of a basic framework makes this task even more challenging.

2. Need to Verify Licensing Yourself

Some of the text fonts included in PowerPoint are available for commercial use, while others are not. So where can you find this information? It’s not readily available. Microsoft doesn’t feel the need to be that helpful. This means that even if you find a font in PowerPoint that you like, it’s your responsibility to verify the exact license for that font.
